Our Identity in Christ: Our Mission

Because God restored us and gave us high position,  we have tall orders!   With His help, we have a mission to fulfill.


Romans 6:11

So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin, and alive to God in Christ Jesus in God.

I Peter 1:16

Be holy, because I am holy.

1 Corinthians 9:20

For you were bought with a price.   So, glorify God in your body.


John 15:8
By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. 






Summary:

In Christ:
We must consider ourselves dead to sin.
We must pursue holiness.  
We must seek to glorify Him, not ourselves.
We must bear fruit.
